St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Web Applications Manager in London to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications within their Informatics Digital and Technology Directorate. The successful candidate will lead projects that align with the Trust's objectives, utilizing expertise in .NET, Azure, and front-end technologies. Responsibilities include managing Azure deployments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring application security and scalability, and providing mentorship to the development team. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of web applications.

In addition to technical leadership, the Web Applications Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to quality assurance, ensuring the highest coding standards and best practices. The role involves conducting code reviews, managing team performance, and liaising with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. The position also includes contributing to the Trust's digital strategy and deputizing for the Informatics and Business Intelligence Lead as needed.
