E16 Health, part of Operose Health, is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their team in London for a part-time position of 13 hours per week. The role involves assisting the registered manager with CQC compliance and collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs, which includes providing care, managing chronic diseases, and evaluating treatment outcomes.

The position offers an annual salary of up to £48,000, along with 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), one week of paid CPD/study leave pro rata, and access to tailored in-house CPD training.
