The role includes responsibilities for the daily care of patients, both in clinical trials and routine treatment. Additionally, the fellow will have opportunities to develop and engage in research projects in clinical trials and translational science, with training provided in the design, setup, and execution of clinical research initiatives. An extension of the position for an additional year may be considered.

It is a 1-year fixed term post in the Department of Haematology. Possibilities for renewal for a further year can be discussed. The post will suit an enthusiastic, highly motivated clinician working in the field of haematology who is planning a future career as a haematologist, with an interest in myeloid disorders and experience of clinical research in this area
