Innovate Healthcare Services is seeking a detail-oriented EPR Data Analyst in Warwick to support their Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme. The role is critical for ensuring data accuracy and integrity, as the analyst will be responsible for capturing and recording clinical and operational data, as well as reviewing, uploading, and manipulating datasets from various clinical and administrative systems. The position requires effective engagement with stakeholders and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and SPSS to analyze and present data clearly.

The EPR Data Analyst will systematically manage information related to the EPR programme, contributing to the collection and analysis of data to support clinical management and teams. As an EPR Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in capturing and recording clinical and operational data accurately within data capture workbooks. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our upcoming EPR programme, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data.

About us
To methodically and systematically capture information in datasets as deemed necessary for the EPR programme and to update and retrieve information as and when required.
To help review, collate, upload, process and manipulate related data sets across all clinical and administrative systems, including locally adapted databases, as well as submit data in formats specified by the EPR programme.
Engage with key stakeholders across both Trusts to support the activity as required.
Provide and support the management and clinical teams by extracting and analysing data from a number of data collection systems.
Use of a variety of tools including SQL, Excel, SPSS and Trust Patient Management Systems (PAS) to produce clear data presented in appropriate formats.
To have an active role in information collation and review requirement.
Using experience, knowledge, skills and judgement to identify opportunities in line with EPR programme data requirements and definitions.
Work to strict deadlines to ensure the required data and information is accurately maintained and reports produced.
