Band 3: £24,433 to £26,060 a year per annum  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY 

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator for the Policy Process and Compliance Team, based at Abergele Hospital, with hybrid working options available. The ideal candidate should possess a good standard of education or relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact, minute taking, data entry, managing staff benefits, responding to inquiries, and coordinating job evaluation administration.

Additionally, the successful applicant will ensure data security and quality through the development of data protocols, facilitate virtual panel meetings via Microsoft Teams, and manage attendance documentation. The role requires handling sensitive information confidentially and effectively communicating job evaluation processes to staff and managers. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, although applications from English speakers are equally welcomed.
