The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a passionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner for their Teenage & Young Adult (TYA) Cancer Service, based in Cardiff. This band 7 position is a fixed-term role covering maternity leave, where the successful candidate will provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings for patients aged 14-25. The ideal candidate should be an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in haematology or oncology, capable of managing their workload autonomously while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include assessing medical needs, delivering chemotherapy, coordinating patient services, and providing health education for patients and families.

This role offers opportunities for professional development, including additional training in advanced practice skills and prescribing. Candidates who can communicate in Welsh are encouraged to apply, though proficiency in either Welsh or English is welcomed.
