The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Outpatients Administrator for the Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic in Reading. The role involves welcoming patients and their relatives, accurately booking them into the electronic system, scheduling return appointments, and managing various administrative tasks related to patient care, including organisation of transport and booking interpreters. The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily operations of a busy clinic, handling referrals, patient correspondence, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should have strong administrative and customer care skills, with experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Effective communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires adherence to the Trust's policies and values to deliver high-quality service to patients throughout their care pathway. Training on specific IT systems and processes will be provided.
