The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit a Multiple Sclerosis specialist community nurse to join the MS community team.

The post-holder is responsible for the ongoing assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation ofprogrammes of care.
The post holder will carry out all relevant forms of care and will take responsibility for caseload holders in their absence. The management of the work area, clinical caseload, Including supervision and development of staff.
