The Field Epidemiology Training Programme (FETP) Fellow with UK Health Security Agency is a full-time, two-year postgraduate training position aimed at medical, scientific, veterinary, or nursing professionals seeking to enhance their skills in field investigation and epidemiology. The fellowship focuses on developing core competencies through on-the-job training supplemented by formal courses, requiring relocation to various training sites across the UK. Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Epidemiology or Public Health and substantial experience in public health or epidemiology, along with strong teamwork and analytical skills.

Fellows will engage in both domestic and potentially international projects, with a commitment to full-time participation and flexibility in travel. The application is open to external candidates, including those outside the Civil Service, with a closing date of December 22, 2024, and a start date planned for September 11, 2025. The role supports hybrid working arrangements and requires successful candidates to undergo a security clearance process.
