This person will need excellent organisational skills in order to directly line manage a group of ward clerks at Heartlands Hospital.   To train new members of the ward clerk team, ensuring that the current ward clerks work to a high stand, managing sickness and annual leave. Ensuring wards have appropriate ward clerk cover.
