Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Services team at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth. The role involves working alongside a Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) in an acute mental health environment, where the Occupational Therapist will supervise an activity coordinator and an OT assistant. The successful candidate will focus on implementing person-centered OT interventions, develop therapeutic relationships with service users during their hospital admissions, and participate in assessments and care planning to promote recovery and meaningful discharges.
