BAND 4 THERAPY ASSISTANT PRACTITIONER

STROKE THERAPY TEAM

The Integrated Therapies Department at the James Paget University Hospital is a constantly evolving and forward-thinking service. Occupational therapists, physiotherapists and assistants are managed as one integrated department, working in specialist teams.

We can offer a wide range of experiences as part of our high performing Stroke Therapy Team, seeing patients from admission into the hyper acute stroke unit, through the acute and rehabilitation phases all in one setting, to successful discharge from hospital. There are a variety of learning and development opportunities within the Band 4 role, with multidisciplinary working at the forefront of our daily practice. Our Band 4 assistant practitioners are a valued and vital part of our team, and we welcome fresh ideas and new ways of working to enhance the service we provide to patients and their families/carers.

We are looking for a positive, proactive person to join our Stroke Therapy Team who can work flexibly and help us build a strong future for Therapy.
