King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London is looking for Band 6 Junior Sisters/Charge Nurses for the Thomas Cook Children's Critical Care Centre. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in paediatric critical care or HDU settings and possess a relevant HDU qualification; however, adult-qualified nurses with critical care or paediatric experience may also be considered. The role involves delivering high-quality care to children requiring intensive care and high dependency across various specialities, and candidates will benefit from a comprehensive development program, including opportunities to pursue specialized courses.

The position requires strong clinical expertise, effective leadership, and the ability to mentor junior staff and students. The successful candidate will coordinate care, ensure high standards of nursing practice, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and engage in educational and research activities.
