Diaverum is seeking a Staff Nurse for their clinic in Crawley to provide dedicated patient care for renal patients. The role involves developing and overseeing care plans according to consultant instructions, documenting clinical activities, and preparing and monitoring dialysis equipment. New and soon-to-be NMC Registered Nurses will benefit from a comprehensive training program, including an 8-week supernumerary period and ongoing mentorship, aimed at enhancing their skills in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week with shifts from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a good work-life balance with no night or Sunday work. We have an exciting opportunity in our Crawley clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to our in-house education programmed Academy

You will be responsible for taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following the tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaveurm processes; reviewing pre and post haemodialysis care with patients; working in a multi-disciplinary team etc.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.

Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.

Requirements:

NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.

Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.

Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Excellent English communication skills.
