Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Health Visitor for their universal Health Visiting service in the Rhyl area of North Wales. The ideal candidate will manage a designated caseload, focusing on enhancing family resilience, improving health outcomes, and reducing health inequalities, all while ensuring the well-being of children. Responsibilities include delivering the nursing component of the Healthy Child Wales Programme to families with children aged 0-5, conducting assessments, and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must possess a degree in Health Visiting and current NMC registration, with recruitment subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.

The role involves significant public health contributions aligned with government initiatives, particularly the safeguarding of children. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with families and external organisations in a community setting.
