The Infection Prevention and Control Healthcare Technician at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust in Chichester is responsible for enhancing patient safety by collaborating with the Infection Prevention and Control Team (IPCT). The role involves conducting audits related to infection control, such as hand hygiene and equipment decontamination, while providing education and support to clinical staff on best practices.
