Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Business Support Manager for its Trauma and Orthopaedic directorate, a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the Division of Surgery. The role involves line management of a large secretarial team, necessitating strong leadership and staff management abilities. The Business Support Manager will work closely with the Directorate Manager and Assistant Directorate Manager to enhance clinical service delivery, coordinate with multiple staff disciplines, manage the Admissions Team, and assist in the operations of the Fracture Clinic. The position requires cross-site working, with time divided between Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospital.
