The Senior Resuscitation Officer at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust will cover maternity leave within the Resuscitation Services team at the West Middlesex site. This role entails providing expert clinical intervention for patients at risk, offering consultancy on resuscitation practices, and ensuring compliance with national training standards. The successful candidate will lead resuscitation training initiatives, supervise the training and development of nursing and multi-professional staff, and contribute to planning and implementing evidence-based resuscitation interventions.

Additionally, the Senior Resuscitation Officer will manage the team of resuscitation officers, oversee recruitment and performance management, and support governance processes related to resuscitation events. The role also involves conducting audits and research to assess the effectiveness of resuscitation practices and collaborating with various departments to develop and deliver educational programs for staff. Overall, this position emphasises expert clinical leadership, strategic guidance, and fostering inter-professional relationships to enhance the quality of resuscitation care across the Trust.
