The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Registered Nursing Associate for a new role within the Children's Community Nursing Team based in Crawley. This position involves providing high-quality clinical care to children and young people in their homes, supporting a caseload with complex health needs. The successful candidate will work alongside Registered Nurses and Practice Development Nurses, promoting a culture of innovation and quality improvement. They will also engage with various healthcare partners to ensure comprehensive care for families within the community setting.

Candidates must have prior experience in children's health care, a valid driving license, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. The Nursing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development of clinical protocols, providing education and support to families, and maintaining accurate documentation of care interventions.
