Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a full-time locum Consultant Ophthalmologist: This post is for an Ophthalmologist with a subspecialist interest in oculoplastic and lacrimal. Applicants will also be expected to have broad general ophthalmology experience
. This post is to cover maternity leave and is for a fixed period of 12 months.

The post holder will:o Deliver specialist oculoplastic services including operatingo General Ophthalmology responsibilities and on callo Work with colleagues to provide a consultant-led service with the highest standard of careo Work with the multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelineso Develop and maintain good working practices within wards, outpatients and A&Eo Collaborate and promote close working links with colleagues in tertiary centres, community services and primary careo Offer support and leadership to junior medical colleagues, nursing colleagues and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
