The role requires a specialist in oculoplastic and lacrimal surgery, along with broad general ophthalmology experience. Key responsibilities include delivering specialist oculoplastic services, managing general ophthalmology duties including on-call responsibilities, and collaborating with a multi-professional team to develop care pathways and clinical guidelines.
