Omnes Healthcare Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join their team in Camberwell, offering a part-time position of 10 hours per week. The role involves providing high-quality assessment, screening, and treatment services within a GP practice, advising patients on general healthcare and minor ailments, and facilitating referrals to GPs as necessary. The candidate will also be responsible for the collection, storage, and dispatch of pathological specimens, along with completing various administrative and professional tasks. Ideal candidates should have current NMC registration and prior experience in primary care, specifically in managing QOF or diabetic care.

As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, advising patients on general healthcare and minor aliments with referral to GP's as necessary

Our Practice Nurse’s work as part of the general practice team and are supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centered, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.

Provide assessment, screening and treatment services
Advise patients on general healthcare and minor aliments with referral to GP's as necessary
Undertake the collection, storage and dispatch of pathological specimens
Other administrative and professional responsibilities
