The North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a Qualified Experienced Social Worker for their Community Team in Harold Wood, tasked with supporting adults facing mental health issues and crises. This role involves coordinating care for a designated group of service users, delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and social inclusion. The Social Worker will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), including Home Treatment and acute inpatient services, to ensure safe management of clients within the community. Additionally, the role includes case management, participation in the local AMHP rota, high-quality assessments, and supervising junior colleagues and students.

Successful candidates will possess a live unrestricted registration with Social Work England and demonstrate resilience and effectiveness in working with challenging client groups. The position offers ongoing training, support, and regular supervision, providing an opportunity for personal and professional development within a supportive team environment.
