We are looking to recruit Band 5 nurses to join us on our inpatient wards at Alton Community Hospital.
Anstey and Inwood Wards are 20 bedded rehabilitation units. We work together as a nurse and therapy led unit with medical oversight from a Consultant Practitioner and full MDT.
This is an exciting time, working towards an integrated MDT approach which recognises the important role that the Community Hospitals play in supporting the home first approach and working with the wider system acute trusts and adult service colleagues. If you would you like to contribute to the delivery of high standard patient care we would like to hear from you.
We pride ourselves on being caring, competent and compassionate. Patients and service users are at the heart of everything that we do. We aim to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, wellbeing and independence of the people we serve. We are looking for people who share our mindset and are passionate about providing the best care.
We also offer our staff bespoke training packages, developments and leadership pathways. At work you will also be encouraged to take part in our extensive Health and Wellbeing programme, as we believe that you must be at your best to provide the best care to our patients and service users.
Further information about the Trust and this role can be found on the Job Description and Person Specification document attached.
We are happy to talk Flexible Working - all requests for flexible working options can be discussed as part of the interview process.
