A great opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 registered nurse to join our friendly, dynamic and motivated team in the Anticoagulation service at Withybush General Hospital. The applicant will need to be enthusiastic, adaptable and have good attention to detail. The successful candidate will assist in the management and organisation of the anticoagulation patients under the Health Boards care. The service manages the anticoagulation of patients with a number of conditions such as, Atrial Fibrillation, Deep Vein Thrombosis, Pulmonary Embolism, and other Thrombotic events
