Kings Medical Practice has a great opportunity for a salaried GP to join our forward -thinking training practice, in Normanton, just off the M62 corridor.
Our large modern building was personally designed with the intention of hosting all services at one site, for the benefit of patients and our staff and includes 24 fully air- conditioned consulting rooms, an operating theatre, education suite along with ultrasound, dermatology, neurosurgery, podiatry, community nursing and an NHS dentist.
We are focused on promoting work-life balance for our GPs with a 90% reduction in administrative burden due to innovative role development and unique technological investment.
Our extensive pharmacy team lead on all medication activity including acute and repeat prescribing, reconciliation of medication, SMRs, promoting eRD and all quality initiatives.
We are committed to freeing up GPs to focus on clinical work supported by our diverse highly trained multidisciplinary team.
We have invested in our acute and emergency response service and now have a dedicated multidisciplinary team of ANPs, PAs, and GPA supporting the GP.
The culture of training is a core identity of the Practice and manifests across the MDT. Development is actively encouraged with a strong ethos of growing our own. Full financial and practical support is provided to develop special interests, leadership activities, GP trainer or F2 supervisor with a dedicated mentor.
6 (7 with PDP) sessions per week

Appointments 12.5 mins with Patches fully embedded into the ledger
Very low visit rates
Additional session funded at usual sessional rate for the GPs own personal development/educational use (e.g. if you work 6 sessions we will pay you for 7)
Minimal administration
Daily team coffee break for support and housekeeping
About usWe are looking to appoint a GP between 6/7 sessions per week, there is minimal administration and we have low visit rates. The position works on a 2 weekly rota.
