Are you an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/ Advanced Care Practitioner looking for a supportive and welcoming environment? Petersgate Medical Centre is excited to invite a new ANP/ACP to join our friendly training practice, where patient care and professional development thrive.
Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work 24 hours over 3 days. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with minor illnesses, ensuring timely access to care and reducing unnecessary GP referrals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with minor illnesses, ensuring timely access to care and reducing unnecessary GP referrals by providing primary care consultations for patients presenting with various conditions through face-to-face, video, and phone consultations.
Caseload Management:Autonomously assess and manage patients, prescribing evidence-based treatments and making necessary referrals.
Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
