An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator within the Community Mental Health Team at Watermill, Berrywood. The post will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative assistant/secretarial service to support duties associated with the service they are working in. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills (including use of Microsoft packages)and flexibility are required.

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective administrative support.

You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for professional development and will be motivated to further your understanding and skills through various training opportunities.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, benefiting from a comprehensive supervision and appraisal system, with a commitment to staff development.
