The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is offering a one-year Clinical Research Fellowship in Medical Oncology, focusing on gynaecological cancer research. Located at the Royal Marsden Gynaecology unit, the fellow will engage in clinical and translational research, collaborating with laboratories and clinician scientists, and will receive support from a skilled clinical research team comprising trial coordinators, data managers, and research nurses. This fellowship is particularly suited for oncology trainees or post-trainees aiming to enhance their academic and research expertise in clinical trial development.

Key responsibilities include conducting gynaecological cancer research, participating in clinical trials, contributing to data analysis, and publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals. The fellow will present outcomes at conferences, support patient recruitment in studies, and undergo professional development through mentoring and training programs. Additionally, the role emphasises adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to advance clinical research within the Gynaecology unit and the broader oncology community.
