We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPR Change Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in leading and supporting change initiatives within our EPR programme across George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to plan, implement, and manage change processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering sustainable business benefits. In addition, they will demonstrate significant experience in change management, including leading complex change initiatives, and strong project management and organisational skills.
This role will require travel between our sites across Warwickshire.

Planning and organising a broad range of complex activities, including influencing and adjusting plans to align project and operational wider plans and strategies.
Implementing new ways of working, facilitating collaborative working and capacity planning.
Development and delivery of relevant impact assessments, plans, processes and materials to enable the change i.e. business readiness assessment, change sustainability plans, new processes, benefits realisation plans and tracking.
Support the implementation of Change plans and monitor progress of plans against success criteria and maintain alignment to business case as relevant.
Input, and support training requirements e.g. create learning/training plans and materials.
Manage stakeholder engagement and communications in terms of change management, set up advocacy and mobilise change agents or champions as required.
Lead stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives and identify and help to address any resistance.
Core responsibility for ensuring patient care is considered within change management plans/ activity and that the patient perspective as a key driver in continuous improvement.
Responsible for reporting on delivery of Change Workstreams, project change activities and BAU initiatives as required.
Influence and design services relating to patient care and patient/workflows, including administrative and operational workflows which have a direct impact on provision of services.
Act as an effective change agent in the delivery change workstreams and activities.
Will be responsible for risk and issue management related to change activity and outcomes.
