We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join our Oncology and Haematology admin team as an Admin Line Manager. This role could be suitable for a strong Band 4 Team Leader who is looking to progress to the next stage of their career.

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Line Manager in the Oncology & Haematology department. The successful candidate will be accountable for the line management of the Oncology and Haematology admin team. They will need to have strong IT and administration skills, experience of PTL processes, along with driving change and improvements. They will have proven team lead experience. They will work closely with the Admin Services Manager, Clinical Leads and Team Leaders to provide a robust administration service and analysis of clinic utilisation, pathway management and other information as required by the team.

They will be responsible for implementing process changes to improve the services and will also work closely with other Administrative Line Managers, Admin Services Managers, clinicians and Cluster Managers.

We are looking for someone outgoing, with a flexible approach to work, good problem solver and keen to get involved in improving patient services. The role may be challenging at times and a self-motivated individual would thrive in this position.


Working Pattern:
37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, hours to be agreed
