Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an Adult Support Coordinator to join their Adult and Autism Team in St Ives. This role focuses on promoting choice, control, and independence among adults with Autism and other eligible support needs, aiming to enhance their life opportunities. The coordinator will collaborate with service users, informal carers, and community resources to assess and meet individual care needs. The position does not require a social work qualification, but a strong understanding of the needs of adults with support challenges, especially those related to neurodiversity, is essential.
