The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse (B6) to join their Epsom Community Mental Health Recovery Service. This role is ideal for both aspiring and established nurses with a focus on delivering evidence-based treatment and recovery-oriented interventions for individuals with severe and enduring mental health issues. The successful candidate will assess new referrals, manage an existing caseload, provide low-level psychological support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care under the Care Programme Approach. Key responsibilities also include administering medication, conducting health monitoring, and educating patients and nursing students.

Candidates must be registered with the NMC, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess a valid driving license, as the role involves travel to clients' homes. The position emphasises flexible teamwork and the importance of safeguarding clients while supporting their independence and recovery.
