                                                     Redbridge, North East London Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse ideally with Specialist Practitioner qualification to work in the Integrated Care Team , as a Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader.   The applicant will be considered if they have worked as a band 6 Senior Community Nurse for 4 years.   You will need to be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria skills for the post:     Excellent clinical Skills   Managerial Skills   Leadership Skills   Communication skills   Information Technology (IT) Skills   The ability to travel between sites   Non medical or community Nursing Prescribing     The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of safe care to a caseload of patients allocated to the team, including being professionally and legally accountable.   The post holder will also line manage a team of Community Nurses and Health Care Support Workers. They will supervise and appraise staff members and students.   The post holder must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.   The post holder must hold a valid UK driving licence.   The post holder will be a Registered Nurse ideally with Specialist Practitioner qualification, but the applicant will be considered if they have worked as a band 6 Senior Community Nurse for 4 years They will be  responsiblefor a locality caseload of patients allocated to them and will assess, manage, plan and deliver care, including being professionally and legally accountable.   The post holder will support their peers and locality lead and be an effective team member whilst working on their own initiative. They will supervise staff members and students.
