The North East London Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated Registered Nurse with a Specialist Practitioner qualification, or a Band 6 Senior Community Nurse with at least four years of experience, to serve as a Band 7 District Nurse Team Leader in Redbridge. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical, managerial, leadership, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in IT and a valid UK driving license. The role involves overseeing the delivery of safe care to a caseload of patients, line managing a team of Community Nurses and Health Care Support Workers, and being professionally and legally accountable for the care provided.

The District Nurse Team Leader will assess, manage, plan, and deliver patient care while supporting team collaboration and demonstrating the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include supervising staff and students, conducting appraisals, and contributing to the continuous development of the team.
