You will participate in an on call rota system to provide telephone advice for staff and families.

If you are passionate about hands on holistic family centred care and are keen to utilise your skills, knowledge and expertise in a variety of settings then apply to join our team.

You will work with a team of Carers, Nursing Associates, Nurses, Team Nurses, Senior Team Nurses and Lead Nurses in a supportive environment. As a Team nurse you will responsible for the delivery of high quality clinical nursing care to meet the diverse individual needs of the children and young people. You will have experience in clinical nursing assessment, planning and delivering care which will be evidence based in conjunction with Julias House policies and procedures to deliver safe care to children and young people with complex needs that will often change. You will feel confident in using your clinical judgement and making autonomous decisions about nursing care requirements.

You will have opportunities to broaden your skills with excellent training and development.

These roles are a 35 hours per week permanent contract. Ideally you will work a flexible 35 hours per week, however part-time may be considered, with a minimum of 28 hours per week.

Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care to meet individual client needs, in conjunction with Senior Team Nurses and Lead Nurses. - Day-to-day management of the client base, including the deployment, supervision and teaching of Care Team members. To be part of the on-call rota providing telephone support for care staff and families. - Manage a team of Carers. - Take a proactive role in the education and development of staff. - Liaise with the Julias House Care Team and with statutory and voluntary agencies involved with Julias House clients care.
