The Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an E-Roster Officer (Band 5) to join their dedicated e-rostering team in Keighley. The role involves providing advice, guidance, support, and training to users on all aspects of the electronic rostering system. The successful candidate will engage in project work and collaborate across departments to develop expertise in staffing issues and workforce planning for complex multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of the e-rostering system, managing roster creation and administration, and generating high-quality reports and analyses for various stakeholders.
