Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is inviting qualified Health Visitors, Staff Nurses, or Midwives considering a transition into Health Visiting to join their Talent Pool. This initiative allows both newly qualified and experienced professionals to stay informed about the latest opportunities within their highly regarded Health Visiting service. Members of the Talent Pool will receive support for career development, including pathways to leadership or specialized roles, and can choose from full-time or part-time positions within a supportive Monday-to-Friday schedule.

To join, candidates simply need to upload their CV and answer a few questions, after which the Trust will match them with suitable vacancies. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are required for community-based roles.
