The role of Endoscopy Assistant Practitioner at Swansea Bay University Health Board involves working independently and alongside registered practitioners in providing high-quality care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures across three sites. The position, classified as band 4 (annex 21), requires candidates to possess a QCF level 3 qualification and be willing to pursue further studies to attain QCF level 4 for the associated pay grade. Responsibilities include patient assessment, implementing care pathways, and assisting in procedures, while adhering to the HCSW Code of Conduct.

Successful applicants will be focused on developing their competencies in endoscopy care, engaging in both inpatient and outpatient services. While the ability to speak Welsh is desirable, candidates who speak either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.
