The role of Chef de Partie at Avery Healthcare's Esher Manor Care Home involves supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals for the residents. The successful candidate will have a catering qualification, food hygiene certification, and at least 1 year of catering experience, demonstrating compassion and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary services.
As Chef de Partie, your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a comprehensive and high-quality catering service, contributing to the overall wellbeing of the residents. Responsibilities include preparing nutritional food and beverages, participating in meetings to discuss catering functions and address special dietary needs, and supporting cost-effective stock control systems.
