Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their team at Cygnet Sherwood Lodge in Mansfield, working 42 hours per week across a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts. The role involves delivering exceptional care to 26 men with learning disabilities and complex needs, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through emotional and physical support. Responsibilities include assisting with medical and welfare needs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and reporting on individual care requirements.
