The Workforce Administrator role at Provide CIC in Colchester is responsible for supporting the Workforce Data and Systems and People Services Teams by maintaining accurate workforce data, administering monthly payroll, and managing employee records. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing workforce information, providing advice to managers on various HR topics, and overseeing the administration of annual leave processes. The position involves hybrid working, requiring regular office attendance, and entails conducting audits of data entered into HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Additionally, the Workforce Administrator will assist in resolving pay issues, managing the Easypay system, and responding to inquiries via email.
