The Multiple Sclerosis Disease Modifying Therapies (DMT) Coordinator at North Bristol NHS Trust in Bristol is responsible for managing patient blood monitoring data and supporting the administrative functions of the DMT Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings. Key responsibilities include preparing agendas, organizing discussions, recording outcomes, and maintaining accurate patient records. The coordinator will work closely with patients on DMTs to ensure compliance with treatment protocols, assist in training new team members, and maintain effective communication with clinicians, nurses, and pharmacy services to facilitate smooth medication delivery.

In this role, the coordinator will also engage in reviewing administrative processes to enhance service delivery and document cost savings associated with DMT prescribing. The position requires flexibility to cover for team members as needed and involves collaborative work both at the Southmead base and within various clinical teams.
