The primary responsibilities include providing effective and efficient reception services, engaging with patients and clients in a friendly manner, addressing various inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality in line with data protection policies. The role also involves managing a confidential appointments booking system and ensuring patients are registered and directed appropriately for their consultations.
