Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Nurse Associate to join the Rural Alliance Care Community Team in Tattenhall on a permanent part-time basis, with 30 hours per week. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care and treatment to patients in their homes and the team's dressing clinic service. Responsibilities include conducting clinical tasks such as venepuncture, wound management, and medication administration, while collaborating with Clinical Leads, Community Nurses, and Therapists to address patient needs. The position also emphasises maintaining patient dignity and safety, along with recognizing safeguarding issues.
