University Hospitals Dorset is currently looking to recruit experienced Bank Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) looking to work flexibly at across our sites in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, and enjoy a range of benefits including:

You must have:


  • completion of a competency-based care certificate including workbook AND

  • a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Healthcare Support Worker in an acute hospital environment or 1 yrs Nursing/Care Home experience.

Successful applicants will work in a VARIETY of specialties across the Trust to cover short term needs. The role involves meeting both physical and psychological needs and therefore need to have a flexible approach working as part of a wider team.

Successful candidates must be available to attend a Mandatory Induction Programme (terms & conditions apply) which consists of
TWO FULL WEEK
(Monday to Friday) plus two additional recall days.
