Candidates must have a competency-based Care Certificate and either 6 months of experience in an acute hospital setting or 1 year of experience in a nursing or care home environment. Successful applicants will work in multiple specialties to address both physical and psychological needs, requiring a flexible approach and teamwork.
Applicants must also attend a mandatory induction program, which includes two full weeks of training and additional recall days. Interview dates are to be confirmed, and the position may close early if sufficient applications are received.
