As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. The Activities Assistant role involves helping to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. You don't need any specific experience to join us, but you should have a sense of fun, creativity, and the ability to encourage and motivate others. You'll also need to have a real interest in the people you support, being enthusiastic and empathetic.
