The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a Breast Screening Planning Workflow Manager to oversee the administration of the NHS Breast Screening Programme. The role, located at the Norwich Community Hospital, involves managing a team of six part-time clerical officers and ensuring efficient planning and execution of breast screening services, which serve approximately 30,000 women annually. The ideal candidate should have experience in the NHS Breast Screening Programme and hold a Level 5 Business and Management qualification or equivalent.

Key responsibilities include independently managing the breast screening round plan, ensuring compliance with national performance targets, and establishing new screening sites when needed. The role also encompasses line management duties, including recruitment, training, and staff appraisals, while promoting a collaborative culture within the service. The position offers a part-time schedule of 29 hours per week with no evening or weekend work and includes benefits such as free onsite parking.
