The Community Staff Nurse position at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Tattenhall offers an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and compassionate nurses to join a multidisciplinary Care Community Team. This role primarily involves delivering quality nursing care to community patients in their homes, conducting holistic assessments, and coordinating care to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. Candidates must possess driving abilities and access to a vehicle, as the role serves the local areas of Tarporley, Tattenhall, Malpas, and Kelsall. Both full-time and part-time options are available, and a relocation package up to £8,000 is offered for eligible applicants.
