Your new colleagues will be a diverse multi-disciplinary community who, as a team, work collaboratively utilising their expertise to ensure that together we achieve collective brilliance.
- Be the first clinical point of contact for clinical referrals (self or professional) and enquiries on the telephone, and by online.
- Monitor, manage and coordinate with staff within the team and external agencies to ensure safe sign posting of referrals.
- Providing call back support/advice/information gathering with the support of navigator
- Risk assessment when necessary and offer advice to CYP and carer to manage clinical risk.

Competitive salary: £53,770 - £60,721 (Band 8a.0) 30% evening enhancements. 45% weekend enhancements.

To be a successful CYP Mental Health Nurse youll need:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Substantial Autonomous practice experience working and multi-professional team
- Evidence of working with undiagnosed and undifferentiated patients.
- Experience of working with children and young people.
- Knowledge of mental health conditions, diagnoses and clinical risk
- Be motivated, passionate, positive, resilient, and determined to provide the best care.
- Right to work in the UK
