The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Band 5 Community Nurse to join the Dalton District nursing team in Ulverston. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions in their homes and community settings. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills to undertake complex assessments and develop tailored care programs. The position requires flexibility, as nursing staff work a 24-hour service, including weekends, evenings, and occasional nights.

As a Community Nurse, you will collaborate with health and social care professionals and support team leadership by supervising staff and managing workloads.
